All wavier's must be signed in person if you are over the age of 18, If you are under the age of 18, a parent guardian must be present to sign the waiver. No friends of the parents, no exceptions.
If you are under 18 and bringing the waiver to the park without a parent guardian, the waiver must be signed and notarized by a notary (usually an engraved stamp). Also no exceptions. No matter how far you drove. Banks are a good source of notary, along with a secretary of state, or some other small business.
